At The Bier Brewery and Taproom, Darren Conner has the pots and kettles in and hopes to be producing fermented beverages before Thanksgiving.
Yep, lots of burners. Lots of Blichman equipment. He'll end up with 8 fermenters and 8 secondaries so we'll be seeing a lot of variety.
