Indiana Beer News – Aug 1

188058_201897419833191_8233588_nThe Beer… Is Good! is a Michiana blog and Andy has visited the Four Horsemen Brewing Co. now being built in South Bend. blog They expect to open in about 2 weeks as a growler and have their beer available in 6-packs and good beer pubs. They will also be contract brewing Evil Genius beer for a Pennsylvania company.

This week:

  • Wed, Aug 3 - Upland open house at their new brewery site, 301 W. Grimes Lane. Bloomington 5-7pm.
  • Thurs to Sat, Aug 4-6 - Germania Maennerchor Volksfest, Evansville
  • Sat, Aug 6 - Beginning brewing class. Great Fermentations, Indy. 9am
  • Sat, Aug 6 - Brew Haven Northeast Indiana Craft Beer Festival, Trion Tavern, New Haven. $25/$30. 2-6pm
