Crown Brewing has Milk Chocolate Stout on tap – a sweet stout with lactose and 20 pounds of chocolate. Grand Poobah Russian Imperial Stout and Alkoholika Doppelbock will emerge in November.
Figure 8 Brewing has Black Corridor Imperial Chocolate Stout on nitro.
Shoreline's 2008 Barrel-Aged Series will go on sale at the pub on Nov 6. Bourbon Aged beers: Lost Sailor Imperial Stout, Discombobulation Celebration Ale, Sum Cens IIPA, Big Bella Heavy Scotch Ale. Aged in French Oak Shiraz: Seven Red on Red Rye Ale.
Back Road will start to be open Sundays, 2-4pm. Growlers and bottles available. Christmas Ale and No. 9 Barleywine will be available by Thanksgiving. Pecker Head Red in late Nov.

Shmaltz He'brew Jewbelation 14 has just been released. Each year it gets stronger, etc. This year with 14 malts, 14 hops and 14%. Looks like a vertical 8-pack is in the works with the last eight years of this barrel-aged brew, a glass, and Chanukah candles. article Oh, and Freaktoberfest is back again this year also. 6.66% Blood Red Lager.
Goose Island, having maxed out its Fulton Street brewery at 130,000bbls will contract some such as Honker's Ale and IPA at Redhook in Portsmouth, NH, starting in January. article
