“Thought I'd give you an update on what we are doing. Still planning on opening late summer/early fall this year. I've brewed a few test batches that have gone over pretty well with some volunteer "testers" that we have brought in. So far the blonde and pale seem to be where we want them to be with a little tweaking going on with our porter. We are experimenting with a cranberry-American wheat beer that I'll update you on.
Attached are a couple of pictures of our test system that we call "Frankenstein".
