Brugge Brasserie tasting notes:

  • Miller Low Life (or whatever the Belgian Single is called today). It's quite the sweet one.
  • Prana Porter – Rich Thick Roasty Balticy, Worthy. A+
  • Wapahini Belgian Spiced IPA – Noticable but not intrusive bitterness. Hints of wassal spices.
  • Quad – Dull ugly brown with the look of used engine oil. Not that burnt, black engine oil you get from letting things go for thousands and thousands of miles, but the browner used engine oil that runs out of the pan after, say, 4,000 miles of pavement driving, maybe some at high altitude.
